GCPS Azure Local Operations Platform

Not a normal monitoring dashboard. A full-stack platform with a built-in AI assistant (TanStack AI), the Forge automation runner, and an evidence-first model over Azure Local (formerly Azure Stack HCI) — PowerShell collectors, SQL Server as a processing engine, typed APIs, and a desktop-grade React dashboard.

A scrappy console tool I built in about a day: menus, per-site progress, and an audit log of every command run — making sure every fiddly pre- and post-install step happened in order. That's how one person knocked out 96 migrations in 10 days.
